Requisition Approval to be built based on Project hierarchy

Summary:

We have a requirement to build requisition and PO approval hierarchies based on the project details. i.e, Project Manager then Project Director then Senior Director then Vice President etc.

As per the system, the above persons may not be in the direct supervisor chain of the project manager. In this scenario, Please suggest what options are available to build this kind of approval hierarchy
