Attachment link not shown as hyperlink in the approval triggered

Hi,

We have made changes to the RTF template to pick the attachment link, the attachments are added by the users when they update their profile like qualification/ degree.

The requirement is to have the added attachment's link in the approval triggered, so the approvers can use the hyperlink and download the attachment to verify before approving the transaction.

Currently the approval triggered displays

expected outcome is to have the attachment's link as a hyperlink.
