We have Old Open Helpdesk Service Request which visible in Report but not in HRHD UI
Summary:
There are couple of Old Service Request which we need to close but we are unable find SR's on UI.
As per Oracle Stripe Code has caused this issue.
Is it possible to update Stripe Code for Service Request which are not appearing on UI for Closure ?
Or is there any other option which can be used to close Old Service Request because it's impacting reporting.
