If the field officer changes the activity's start time from the default time, the field officer cannot add the planned service histories even when they are mandatory.

If the field officer changes the activity's start time from the default time, the field officer cannot add the planned service histories even when they are mandatory/required. When the field officer logs out of the application and re-logs into the application, the field officer will be able to add the mandatory/required planned service histories and complete the activity. Can anyone help me with how the field officer can add the mandatory planned service histories to the activity without re-logging the application?
