Export recruiting geographies

We have updated the Recruiting Geography toi include a number of new towns and counties. I have tried to create a CSV file to export this to another environment however when I have done this and imported it, the hierarchy isn't displaying as it did in the source environment and all the Counties have NO towns sitting underneath them
