Best practices on supplier name for DAS2

Summary:

As per the DAS2 constraint to register the supplier SIRET at supplier profile level (and not at the supplier address level). The risk of having several suppliers with the same company name is increased. But Oracle does not allow different suppliers records with same supplier name. What is the best practice for the supplier name convention ? The real company name will be stored in alternate name which is not controled but we would like to know which rule is used to be applied for the company name ?

Supplier name is an information usually used in reporting. A good naming convention is required (it should answer legal rules - for example for DAS2 report itself which display supplier name).
