In which Fusion DB tables SaaS usage details are stored?

We are trying to build an custom report similar to SaaS Service Usage Metrics Report for our Fusion instance. The report will need to display region wise/country wise list of hosted named users with subscribed part details. Only total number of users (Authorized User Qty) is available in SaaS Service Usage Metric report, we need to add the country details and create a report. Also, we need to list of authorized users with no active subscription (unexpected usage) in same way. Whether this information is available in Fusion DB level and any out of box BIP reports/Tables available to get
