Daily rates override & Alert should display

Business uploaded the daily rates for 25-Nov-23 to 4-Dec-23 in system. Again by mistake they uploaded the daily rates with same dates with different rates, system is overrided the rates which are loaded initially. So business want some alert while uploading rates if rates exist in system. This will create big mess if we overided any existing rates by mistake.

Pls suggest the workaround to overcome my issue.
