Default the bank account type based upon the entered bank name

By using the page composer we are trying to default the bank account type. The field should be defaulted based upon the value in the Bank Name field.

If any other value is chosen the Account type field should not default.

Did anyone manage to achieve this by using the page composer. Not necessarily for this specific form, but maybe for other scenario's?
