Does ORC offer functionality to search externally (entire internet) for contact information?

Summary: Does ORC or Oracle offer a program that allows the external search for an email address or contact info for candidates to ensure the correct data is available? Similar to Longlist.io or another Chrome extension.


Content: Recruiters within our company have used similar functionality that assists in searching the internet to help find correct contact info for candidates when sourcing.
