Fast Formula - Recruiting Prescreen Answer

Hi,

Our recruiting team has a requirement where an applicant is to be auto-progressed to the next state within a phase of a CSP based on the specific answer provided in a prescreening question. I've searched the community and found the below fast formula condition that worked for the client. However, when I test this formula the applicant is auto-progressed regardless of what is selected for the answer. What is incorrect about the formula below? How can we only have those applicants who answer "Yes" to the prescreening question be the only ones who auto-progress?
