Can we put order in draft status from SR?
Summary:
While pushing the sales order from the B2B Service Request, the order directly goes to OM. Is there any way we can put the order in draft status from the Service Request UI itself? The requirement is that I want to add multiple part lines to SR and ship it together once a day, therefore creating just one order for multiple part lines. This is with reference to term ship set in OM.
