After updating to Android 14, the data within my apps, including Oracle Authenticator, was lost. This resulted in the disconnection of my linked account from the Authenticator, preventing access to my Oracle account. Attempts to bypass the issue using a suggested URL modification led to a loop back to the login page, requiring the inaccessible 2FA code. I'm seeking a solution to regain access to my account without the 2FA data from the Authenticator app.
