Unable to purge files from Load Interface Files for Import

Summary:

We have historic files available when using process Load Interface Files for Import > Import Segment Values and Hierarchies.

We are unable to use Scheduled Process: Purge Interface Tables as we do not know original Load request ID used to upload these files.

Can anyone advise how we can remove this files?
