System goes on sleep mode during video trainings

We are running into an issue with our new training . The mentioned training opens in a separate pop up window, and since this training contains many videos for the employees to watch. So while watching the trainings the system views them as “idle” and will time out causing them to lose progress in the training. Is this a common issue? Is a there we can resolve this?
