Need to control action list based on person type

I am trying to control list of action under My Team section for those who have line manager role based on person type.

Such as for a line manager, 2 direct report are there one is contingent worker and second is employee,

so, for contingent worker , line manager can have access only two actions like change manager and Termination,

but for Employee , line manager can perform all the actions.

but system is not allowing us to control or give any option to control the list of action for line manager based on person type.

Please suggest and confirm, it is a Issue/product limitation or any workaround is there for this problem.
