Error 401 on webservice call using generated token Opty outbound to azure

Summary:

Have registered two external webservices to used in Opty trigger. Token gets generated but receives 401 when doing the POST request

Registered the external token url with no authentication. Registered the 2nd API for posting the payload, no authentication also. Headers contain the client id,secret etc
