Legal Employer LOV not Populating in Responsive Hire an Employee page

Summary:

Legal Employer LOV is appearing blank in Responsive 'Hire an Employee' page whereas the LOV is populating correctly for the same user in Classic 'Hire an Employee' page.

We are using a custom Human Resource Specialist data role which inherits a custom Job role created by copying the seeded Human Resource Specialist role.

What am I missing?
