How have companies on ORC addressed pay transparency requirements given system limitations?

We are looking at Oracle Recruiting Cloud to replace Taleo. In my research, I've learned of gaps with managing pay transparency legal requirements and it sounds like a lot of manual steps are being taken by customers to comply since there isn't an out of the box systemic solution. 

I'm curious if companies have noticed this gap during implementations and if they've found solid automated solutions to address it. We recently rolled out pay transparency in Taleo using a lot of custom integrations to our external vendors/career sites that doesn't seem to be an option if we bring it in house.
