User Preferences should be auto set based on location user logged in

Hi,

We are rolling out Oracle Cloud ERP for a new entity and come across a requirement from business on User Preferences where we setup the territory and time zone.

Currently these preferences have to be setup by user as one time. But we have a specific requirement where some of the users are travelling across time zones in USA. Whenever user move from one time zone to other user has to update the preferences manually.

Expectation is to set the preferences automatically based on location user logged in. Can you confirm us if this is possible, please. Review attached screenshots pls.
