Hi All,

In Fusion Collections, we are seeing a delay of one day between Strategy Assignment and Strategy Tasks to get started (PFA), Business is expecting both Strategy assignment and Strategy Task execution should start at the same time.

Process Strategy Tasks Ess Job shows this message in log "The delinquency summary data is missing for customer DSM Nutritional Products AG. You must run Collections processes in the correct sequence before processing the dunning task."


We are running the collection jobs in job set in sequence as shown below

1. Refresh Receivables Transactions for Customer Account Summaries (No parameters)

2. Collections Delinquency Management (BU as parameter)
