 I know it is possible to embed the chat pages into an I-frame of a website but we have a few questions.

1)  If a user clicks on an area outside of the Iframe, does the user lose their chat connection?

2)  If a user is in chat and is sent a link to click on, can the user be sent toa page within the current browser window, or does it need to be a new window?

3)  If a user in in chat and goes outside of that session, (ie they go to another page within the site), will the user be reconnected to the same chat session/agent when they return.
