Set a response type with number in questionnaires

Hi all,

we are setting up Journeys for our customer and I would like to ask a question regarding questionnaires: would it be possible to set up an answer under a questionnaire with a numerical answer? I have seen that among the various response types we have: Date, Plain text box and Rich text box. Can you confirm that it is not possible to have a numerical response type?
