there a SQL query to get employees processed in extract run?

e.g.

Extract flow has got 511 records processed (it can be hr_assignment_Id or some other ID processed). Is there a way to get that list of 511 employees based on flow instance and associated payroll action?

We cannot export the ID values which get displayed in the process results either.
