Unable to create a bank account and error seen is mentioned in description

We are getting an error “Attribute OrgId in AccountUiAM.oracle_apps_financials_cashManagement_bankRelationships_uiModel_applicationModule_AccountUiAM.BankAccountUse1 is required.” When we are trying to create a bank account. Please note that we have enabled the bank account use as payables too but not sure why we are seeing this error.
