Analytics Custom Filter Value Disappearing

I have a report built. And it is scheduled to run once a week to deliver each agent a list of their outstanding incidents.

I'm using a filter to pull just for each specific agent.

Then when I schedule the report, I'm using the "filter value" for each schedule, so each agent gets the right report.

My issue is that if I open the report up to edit, all my custom filter values are reverting back to "default".

I'm not sure when this started happening. And I'm not sure if it is connected to the fact that I have 25 schedules running for this report.
