Hide or remove Structure icon displayed in the menu

I am creating a role that can only manage users, organizations, positions, among others, however, the Structure icon appears in the menu. When I try to hide it with an administrator role, it tells me that it is visible by default, therefore, it is not allows me to hide it for this role.

Do you know what privilege or menu I can use or remove to hide the Menu Structure icon?
