Add to linked requisition result in Application error

Hi,

Has anyone experience an application error when adding candidate to a linked requisitions and know of a solution?

Steps:

Hiring > Search for requisition > click in Applicant name > click Actions > select Add to linked Requisition > Input requisition number > Click on results then following error pop up:
