We have an approved use case with Oracle to mandate National Identifier Section in "Before You Enroll > People to Cover" Page for Child and Spouse Contact Relationship types. We have tried the below autocomplete rule attached but it is not displaying the error when adding a contact however it is displaying the error while deleting the same contact.
Having same issue with "Family and Emergency Contacts" page as well.
