Security Console > User Categories > Add users automatically ?

Hello,
Here's my use case : let's say I have two User Categories set up in Security Console, the DEFAULT one and an "EXTERNAL" one.
What I want to achieve : when an HR Specialist adds a Contingent Worker and Non-Worker, via the corresponding actions, that worker will automatically be assigned the "EXTERNAL" category. And when adding a Pending Worker and an Employee, they are assigned to the DEFAULT one.
Is there any automatic way to achieve this ?
I know that we can do that manually, of course :
