Do we have Oracle seeded fields available on the ORC/Recruitment side for Birth City and Birth Region? If they are not available and custom fields would have to be created, is it possible to maintain custom lists for birth city, state, and/or region for individual countries that are aligned in real time with the HCM Oracle seeded lists?
