I can't login to my own Oracle Cloud

For the past few months, it seems that I have lost access to my Oracle Cloud account.

I've had my Always Free account up for over a year now, and only a few months recently I noticed I couldn't login to my Oracle account, it prompted with an error which says:

"Your login attempt failed. The credentials you entered do not match our records.

If you have unsuccessfully attempted to authenticate with this username multiple times your account may be locked out and must be reset via the administrator.

If this is a new user account, please contact your administrator for your temporary password."
