System is not prorating 403B ER .

Summary:

We have a situation and need your help, when we have a 403B pretax EE and Catchup contribution coming out during the same month when the EE contribution limit is met, the standard oracle FF is not prorating the EE and ER contributions between the EE and Catchup values.

We did write a custom FF to prorate the EE part, but ER portion we are unable to prorate, because we cannot find the DB item for the 403B ER percentage.

403B is a common US requirement, curious to know, how other customers meet this requirement, any insight would be really helpful.
