Customer account creation for REST API/Roles or privileges

Summary:

We are implementing an integration for creating receivable customer accounts from other systems. We are using below REST and SOAP services in our integration. I would like to know which roles or privileges we need to include for our exiting integration user so that we can use our existing integration user for implementing the customer accounts creation and maintenance processes.
