Is a user able to register/store a vehicle in Fusion Expenses for Mileage?

Are employees able to register or store their personal vehicles in the system for claiming back Mileage?

Or is this just via enabling the License Plate Number field via Manage Expense Fields by Category - and the employee must enter their personal vehicle plate every time they enter an expense report?
