What are others doing to capture DEI data within the system?
We are exploring our options to capture DEI data.
- from our candidates in the job application process in ORC - The data captured here will only be visible when they move into Core HR as an employee.
- our existing employees in the demographic info block under Personal Details page. - We would like to enable our employees to have self service capability and optionally complete this themselves in the system. We were wondering what functionality are other people using to capture these types of questions?
As we have multiple jurisdictions, we were also wondering how people are managing questions asked like this across multiple jurisdictions? Ethnicity question as an example. Is there an Oracle generic list of Ethnicities we can use across all countries or is this highly editable by adding tags? Are these areas in the system the right areas to be asking these questions? Etc.
