OCI Login Issue | Cloud console login issue

I used to set the MFA auth,I installed oracle auth app my phone , verified and configured MFA few months before.I recently factory reset my phone and forgot to backup the app.now I cant login via the MFA code.and I tried the message way,but I cant got the message.Is there any other way to solve this problem?
