Need to show the translations in other languages for Action Plans, Actions and Activities

Summary:

We need to show the translations for Action Plans and related Actions and for the Activities related to the Sales Method of an Opportunity when a uses choose to show the Application with a language different from the "American English".


The tool "User Interface Text" doesn't find that strings and if we try to update them once that we are using the selected language just changes the string values for ALL the languages.
