Best Approach to Restrict Seeded Folders Access
Summary:
We have users from 3 areas such as HCM, Finance and SCM. We have dedicated Custom reports folders for each set of users such as HRs can access 'Custom HCM Report' folder, Finance team can access 'Custom Finance Reports' folder and so on. We can restrict the access of other custom folders from one set of users via folder Permission such as HR role is set as 'No Access' for 'Custom Finance Reports' folder.
We want to hide any seeded reports folders from the users as well. However, the system does not allow us to set Permission for the seeded reports folders.
