Get Item EFF value via Groovy Script

Summary:

Hello, on a Sales Order I'm trying to access a Product Management flexfield by using a PVO . We are using the Item Extended Attributes flexfield and have created a context segment called managedby. I'm using a groovy script (within the Manage Order Management Extension task) to get the value of the managedby field (in Product Management) and store it in an OM EFF. The managedby segment is saved in Attribute_Char5.

I've tried each of the below PVOs and get various different errors with each. Is it possible to retrieve a value stored in the Item Extended Attribute flexfield from the OM side using a PVO? Code segment is below
