Checklist Task-Team Member Asset Collection-Team Member Asset Collection-OFFBOARD-INSERT Failed
Summary:
Hello - The system failed 8 Checklist Task-Team Member Asset Collection-Team Member Asset Collection-OFFBOARD-INSERT with the same error BPEL_TASK_9732 (screenshot below).
We have checked one EE and the termination was completed on Nov17 > System automatically generated the transaction Checklist Action Occurrence and automatically completed (there is no action on it) > then the system generated the transaction Checklist Allocate Task Compose that requires a manager to complete it. For this EE the line manager did not complete the task, the status is still In Progress, Initiated, due by Nov 18. Did the failure occur due to the due date?
The resolution says to contact Oracle Support with the diagnostic log - I did it but the owner said the transaction failed because the termination date was entered before the notification date. The notification date is a field that automatically is entered by HCM on the date the term is processed. They have a situation where the termination date is before the notification. The system pops up a warning message and allows them to complete the termination. They’ve had this setup since the beginning of time (the notification date) and the asset collection has never failed before until now.
