Bill Management - is it possible to change color of infotile in Invoices

Summary:

Currently, when in Bill Management and on the Invoice Infotile, Green is set as the color for 1 - 30 days past due. Green really shouldn't be used and it should start with Yellow since it is already past due. Green makes it appear everything is paid up in my opinion, just wondering if there is a way to change the color scheme
