Summary: Is it possible to have an Attachment section under the Bank Account Details section?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Under the Pay app, there are details, 'Bank Account' and 'Payment Method'. Can we have another section here named 'Attachment' as seen in the below screen page so that the Bank Account details can be verified and then can we build a workflow for Approval from HR Representative?
