IDR amount format

Summary:

We have general preferences set up where we use the Example format: #.##0,00;-#.##0,00 when means we use a comma as a decimal separator. When we process invoices through IDR we find:

1. We can not always select the full invoice amount as printed on the invoice; for instance for an amount of 600,83 we can only select '83'
2. Invoice amounts appear on some invoices in a different format, for instance 100.10 and those are not recognized. Again when we try to train the imaging we find it only lets us select the '10'

I could not find any documentation on IDR being format specific. Can you please share documentation that should tell me which amount formats should be recognized?
