Auto-processing of internal offer error: You must enter a valid value for the actionCode field.
Summary:
We enabled the auto-processing of internal offer. When the internal candidate accepts the offer, the status becomes "HR, Pending Automated Processing" then after a few second (after the auto-processing), the status becomes "HR, Error During Processing".
The error we are getting is below. We have raised an SR for this but just checking as well with the community if someone has already experienced this. We have checked and reviewed the following with the Oracle support:
- Configure Actions (Assignment Change, Transfer, etc - all end dates are 12/31/4712
- Action codes are in UPPERCASE
- We also checked this KM document but no solution worked for us.
