Changes in Future Enterable period is not reflecting

Summary:

I have changed the future enterable period in specify ledger option from 2 to 4. But still 2 future enterable period are showing is 2 in GL> Period Close> Manage Accounting Period. Why future enterable period is still showing as 2?
