WFC Hierarchy Errors

Summary:

We have a fast formula for a compensation plan hierarchy which is set up to assign top down levels from Top Approver (defined by UDT) then Financial Controller AOR then Business Manager of employees. This seems to work for the most part however, some business managers are rolling up directly to the top approver even though there is an assigned Financial Controller to the records. My thought is that the hierarchy is having errors because some business managers are also the employees financial controllers, however, there are some business managers who have employee's in their worksheets that go to other
