Is it possible to set a validation rule in Document Records page for a DFF table column?

Summary:

Hi experts,

we are currently implementing an autocomplete rule to understand the feasibility on setting an error message once the Acknowledge field as shown below is modified or change. It is necessary that when the previous value = Yes , changes are not applicable.

I've tried using Object validation rule type and Field validation, but they only trigger during Add document action and not on Edit action.

Is there a way to extend the triggering of the rule also during an Edit action?
