To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered.

FYI Notification are not being triggered for Employee
Hello,
We have designed an approval rule for Change Personal Information where Line manager submits a transaction which is routed for approval to Area of Representative. Once approved than transaction should go to employee as an FYI.
The approvals part is working as intended but for FYI the notification doesn't seem to trigger,.
I have done the setup found in the Fusion Global HR : Employee Should Get FYI Notification If Application Role User Submits The DOR ( Doc ID 2887510.1 ) but still employee is not receiving any notification when transaction is approved by AOR. Guidance will be appreciated
