Can we send an alert to learner manager when there is a change in Offering / activity

Summary:

Hi,

We have a seeded alert for learners "Offering Definition has Changed". Is there any way we can send the same alert to learner manager.

We have added another template in the same alert with receient as "${ManagerEmail}" but it's not getting triggered to manager.

As per Oracle on SR, we cannot send these alerts to Managers.

Is there any way that we can send alerts to managers when there is a change in Offering / activity
